About Create and Speak
Create and Speak is an intense two-day experience for leaders to develop skilled communication skills from stage to boardroom. The aim of the programme is to create the next generation of senior and executive leaders who are equipped to meet the changing face of workforce relationships. The outcomes are to support delegates in the following areas:

What to expect on the course
The course is held at Derby Conference Centre, a location we have used for several years. It offers accommodation if you wish. We start at 8.30am on the first morning, and aim to be wrapped up by 5pm on the second day.
The programme is delivered by leadership expert Kul Mahay, and facilitated with the support of his wife Taj Mahay, herself an experienced educator, and Jude Hough a past graduate of the programme, and now part of the Create and Speak team.
When you buy the course you get instant access to the recordings of our original course. We recommend you work through this prior to attending so you can gain the most from Kul over the two days.
The days are intensive and immersive. In the small team of delegates we work through the key components of creating your speech's as well as presentation techniques, stay telling and how to handle your fear.
There are lots of opportunities to practice with the grand finale being a presentation to the group which is filmed and critiqued.
We make sure that this is a kind supportive and safe space. Everyone is nervous, and everyone walks away with a huge sense of achievement.
After the course we look forwards to welcoming you into the Ignite Academy, where alongside your Institute membership you can continue your ongoing personal development.
